Made this last night from berries I grew myself. I can see that I will need to grow more than 200 plants! It is phenomenal! I made it exactly as the recipe called for but skipped the second round in the food processor. I used a big ziplock bag and just kinda smooshed it before serving. AWESOME!! Going to try stevia in it next for the ultimate in guilt-free desserts!!!!

Very nice and easy. I just did the sugar and water first and then put a little of that in the blender with the strawberries and it blended easier. I used unsweetened whole strawberries. :)) I recommend this to everybody!!!!

The recipe is pretty good, but if you want to get the texture "similar" to the recipe's picture, add one egg-white...it'll make the ice cream a lot creamier and less frosty. The quantities of the ingredients are perfect! i also used OJ instead of lemon, because it's goes perfectly with strawberries. It was my first ice cream making ever! thanks!!! I'm starting a tradition now! :)

easy, pretty, yummy and super refreshing! I used 1/2 lemon 1/2 lime juice. I like scooping it out in a bowl for serving so I didn't re-blend it. I'm very pleased with this recipe. thank you!

This was a wonderful summer treat! It was extremely easy to make and tasted wonderful. To me it tasted like the Breyer's real fruit bars. Mine was more slushy than the picture but it was still delicious!

OMG, this was SOOOOO fabulous! I picked a bunch of strawberries at a local farm. One basket went to make a strawberry pie, and I put the other basket in the fridge. But then the berries froze solid! So I thawed them and looked for something to make with strawberry puree and found this recipe. It was incredibly easy to make, and it came out *REALLY* delicious. All of my kids absolutely loved it and asked for seconds. I served it paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and it was dreamy! I'll definitely be putting this recipe in my recipe box so I can make it again next strawberry season!

Very good. I made it with raspberries. Husband loved it. I think it would be good spread in a graham cracker pie shell with some whip cream on it. Yummy.
