This is so yummy. I was looking for something frozen without milk for my daughter after her tonsilectomy. This was perfect. I didn't have any lemon juice so I used cran-peach juice and it was great! Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be making use of the frozen berries from my garden :)

We all loved this recipe! We can't use refined sugar so I used less liquid and added Agave Nectar as a sweetener. I made a double batch and froze the mixture in a large cake pan for 6hrs. I did not need to re-process it, I just scooped it out and served it. Definitely a "keeper' recipe. Thank you.

This is wonderful! I froze it the right amount of time but when i tried to get it our of the container I had to use a knife to cut it into squares and pry it out. So now I set it out ten or so minutes before I want to blend it. That way it is soft enough to get out easily.

Good, but I think you need to tweak the amount of sugar depending upon the natural sweetness of the berries--which varies from crop to crop. I put my batch in an automatic ice cream freezer, which was unnecessary because I used frozen berries (without thawing them) and they chilled the mixture to the right consistency. Wash, hull and freeze berries when they are on sale and you'll have the makings for a quick, easy dessert that's impressive enough for guests.

Great, easy dessert!! Healthy and refreshing all in one. I substituted a topping a vanilla yogurt for the sugar to make a bit healthier. Also used natural apple juice rather than water for extra fruitiness!!!

Delicious. I'll definitely be trying other summer fruit for this. It takes a long time to freeze. It works best if left to freeze overnight and then taken out early so you can blend it for a smooth texture.

This came out pretty good, and it was really easy and quick to make. The next time I make this, I'm going to try using raspberries, YUM!!!

Fresh and delicious. Think of it as a sorbet. I like this so much better than ice cream. Our family has made this for years.
