Great reciepe... I also grew up knowing these as sweedish pancakes. We used cream chease and jelly to fill them. It makes a sweet creamy breakfast item!

This is just a fabulous dessert even if it is a bit fussy. The next time I make this I will buy ready made crepes just to make it quicker. I made this with other berries as well and it was a huge hit with my husband.

I thought this was simple and tasty! I didn't do the dietic version so I used 2% milk and instead of the egg substitute I used 3 regular eggs. It came out perfect. I also used a little strawberry syrup to drizzle over top. Yum..thanks!

These crepes are delicious!! I used 3 eggs insted of the substitute I added a little bit of melted butter in the batter, but next time I´ll skip it to see what happens... For the filling, I improvised a little and used applesauce and lingonberry jam. They turned out great...

Excellent! Much easier than I thought they would be to make. I did change the filling though. I used strawberry Glaze instead of the preserve and mixed it in with the strawberries, then I also made a fruit dip mixture (marshmellow cream mixed with cream cheese) and spread it inside too, to make strawberries 'n cream crepes. Also sprinkled chopped walnuts inside which were the icing on the cake! I had it for breakfast then again for dessert that night! Sooo Good, can't express that enough!

I made this recipe with 'tipsy peaches' instead of the strawberries and served it with vanilla ice cream on top drizzled with cognac. It was fantastic. A truly great dessert for the adults in the family.

This is my staple crepe recipe. I use normal eggs though which makes it have an eggier taste than other crepe recipes.

I did a variation on this recipe for Mother's Day and my mom, and the rest of the family, LOVE It! My sister and I served them along with her famous cinnamon french toast and fresh fruit.

My grandmother made these for me as a kid. I would ask for them all the time. She made homemade jam that was the best. I have tried many different recipes and this one is my favorite! I add a little cinnamon to mine, and sometimes I blend the strawberries with cream cheese. YUMMY!!!
