I made this cheesecake yesterday, it was absolutely amazing!!! I followed the recipe almost exactly with just a few small tweaks. I used cinnamon graham crackers for the crust, and I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the batter. While mixig it the batter was much more thin than I expected, but after being baked it was perfect. I cooked it at 290 degrees for one hour, then I shut the oven off and allowed it to sit in the oven for an additional hour before removing. I didn't use a water bath and I didn't have any problems with the cake cracking. I will be making this again and often!!!
