This was just passable at best. It never really set up and noone really wanted it. I ended up throwing most of it out because noone wanted it.

Good quick basic recipe with room for a lot of variations. I doubled the recipe except for the cream cheese, left out the almonds, used one package of vanilla sugar free and one of sugar free cheesecake pudding, and used 3 cups of fat free milk instead of 4. I also added spiffee whip (1 cup dry to 7/8 cup ice water) after whipping, to the mixure, along with a pinch of dry strawberry jello after reading the reviews on blandness. My family of 5 devoured both pies in one sitting.

I love cheesecake and this didn't do it for me. Made it as written but no almonds. After I added the pudding mix and milk, it seemed like it needed more mixing, it looked weird, lumpy almost plus I wasnt sure what speed so I did 3 mins on med. I let it sit in the fridge over night and when I tried it, it tasted like bland pudding, with a hint of cream cheese. I will not make again.

Very simple and good. Made it with frozen strawberries and banana cream pie pudding... think it would have been better with fresh strawberries and vanilla pudding. It was still very yummy, though.

This had a strange texture (not smooth) and an odd, slightly bitter aftertaste, but I'm blaming that on how I made it. I was out of milk, so I reconstituted dried milk powder and used that (probably accounts for aftertaste and texture issues), used cheesecake pudding instead of vanilla to enhance the cheesecake flavor, and whisked it by hand because my mixer is broken (probably also accounts for texture issues). It didn't set up very firmly, though (stayed like pudding)...freezing it might help. All in all, recipe is pretty good and very easy!

Easy recipe with minimal ingredients. I didn't have vanilla pudding so, I used banana pudding. I also tossed the strawberries with the sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract, instead of almonds (my children dislike almonds). It turned out great and I will make it again.

My 4 year old liked this but no one else cared for it. I couldn't taste the cream cheese really and it was kind of bland.
