I took this dessert to our Memorial Day picnic and I did not bring any back home. It is so easy to prepare and makes a good 'chunk'. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe! It's a winner (any time of the year)!

This is fantastic! I made it for a bbq. I turned my back and it was gone - everyone raved about it. I used lowfat cream cheese, and less glaze than the recipe calls for and it was great. Definitely a keeper!

This was delicious! Everyone loved it! I baked an angel food cake, because the grocery store was out, and I didn't use the entire amount of glaze.... it tasted perfect, thanks! Great summertime recipe!

Fantastic! Easily adaptable for diabetics too if made with splenda. I omited the glaze and let the strawberries sit a bit with splenda to create their own juices. Hubby loves it!

Fabulous dessert. I doubled the recipe for holiday dinner party, layering the cake/cream/strawberries in a tall glass bowl for a gorgeous presentation. Everyone loved this dessert. Easy to make, even at the last minute.

This is so good! I actually whipped cream to use instead of the cool whip and sweetened it with Splenda.

Wow. Easy and Delicious! Had BBQ and this for dessert, perfect spring/summer dessert. And did I mention it was easy? I adjusted the glaze to my taste, just enough to hold it together. Used light cream cheese and fat free whip. Couldnt have been better. :)

We loved this! I used low-fat cream cheese, and I promise you cannot tell the difference, but it certainly cuts out alot of fat and calories.

Loved this.....so easy - I added a second layer of angel food and drizzled chocolate over the top. My father in law had three helpings and he does not like cream cheese. A keeper!

This recipe is a great! It's a recipe you can definately bring to a potluck. It's easy and my whole family loved it. The kids and the husband! If you don't have glaze, you could mix the strawberries with sugar and add 2 tablespoons water too.

Luscious recipe Kelli!!!! I macerated my strawberries instead of buying a glaze and to make this fabulous dessert even more incredible, I melted chocolate chips and drizzled over the top. OMG, hubby and I only got a bite because the kids devoured this! Strawberries are my all time favorite fruit and this great dessert was so refreshing. Using lite cream cheese and fat free Cool Whip did nothing to detract from the flavor. Thanks so very much!!

This was one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. I brought it to a pot luck at church and it was the first thing gone!! I sliced the strawberries with an egg slicer and I needed slightly more strawberries than the recipe called for, I used about a pound and a half. Next time I might use a full two pounds. Everyone loved it. Thanks!!
