The recipe was easy and quick. I did make some changes. I used stewed tomatoes and added red pepper flakes,Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. The family loved it.

This was a good meal. We used diced tomatoes. We will put this in our rotation. We had no trouble with the sour cream.

This recipe didn't work, for me. Even though I made sure to add the sour cream when the sauce was not boiling, I think it curdled and tasted funny; the cheese was a mess.

Good flavor and texture, will definitely make again. I did cut the sour cream to 1/2 c. I also browned the ham and deglazed the pan with a little vodka.

The recipe does not look like the picture. I added only 1 cup of sour cream and it was too much. I suggest delete the sour cream from the recipe and use the sauce with the diced tomatoes. I needed to thicken the sauce, add some dried red & green peppers for flavor.
