This was good! We got home late, needed something quick and easy and had cheddar bratwurst in the fridge. Everyone gobbled up this recipe. It's kid and adult friendly. Thanks for something so yummy and easy!

This was really good!I sauteed onion and brats first then added everything else. I did add Worchestershire sauce and red pepper flakes. DH has issues with green beans so I used broccoli. And I made it a one-pot meal and added the noodles to the pot. Thank you!

This was pretty tasty & so easy. However, i did not boil the brats, Instead, i cooked them in oil then added milk, soup & cheeses. Yum!

This wasn't bad, I added the onion and garlic like the other users and I used canned cut green beans instead. My brats seemed to have a sweet taste so I think the Worcestershire sauce would have gave it the taste I was hoping for. Unfortunately I didn't have any on hand. Not sure if I'd make this again.

This was okay, but a good way to use up leftover brats. I only had jalapeno cheese and used it.

I used uncooked brats, browned them and then added the soup and milk. Per another review, I also added some onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Once they were cooked, I sliced up the brats and added the slices back in the sauce. I didn't use any cheese and didn't think it really needed it. Served it over pasta and the whole family loved it! Even the picky 3-year-old cleaned her plate. Great recipe that was super easy to make - thanks!!

A change to the regular Bratwurst dinner...we loved it and hubby actually said...this is a keeper! that doesn't happen often. If you are looking for something else different, google a recipe for bratwurst w/ sour cream sauce. I don't remember where I got it but it is an excellent recipe for another change to boring bratwurst dinners :)

very easy and delish. even my 2 year old liked it. I did fry the brats with onion in olive oil then deglazed the pan with red wine. will make it again but with less milk, it was a little soupy for my liking.
