Stovetop Bratwurst Dinner
SUBMITTED BY:
Darcy Dougherty
"For a lip-smacking change from plain brats, Darcy Dougherty of Postville, Iowa combines them with green beans and a mild cheese sauce for a swift skillet supper. 'I round out the menu with cauliflower cashew salad and brownies for dessert,' she relates."

This gets a 4 for me baecause it was a great BASIC recipe. I made a few changes, like using evaporated milk, 1/4 onion, some garlic, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and about 1/2 tsp of worsteshire sauce. My fiance thought it was a gourmet meal! Thanks so much for the idea!!!
