This recipe has become a family favorite! You can alter the veggies any way you want, and there is enough flavor you don't even need the stir-fry sauce at the end. The chicken broth is what really gives this recipe a special touch. Thanks for the great recipe!

Wow, this was good !!! The only changes we made were to eliminate the cauliflower and celery and replaced with snow peas and shitake mushrooms. Also used spicy stir fry sauce which gave it a wonderful taste ! Delicious !!

The day before Thanksgiving, I cleaned out the refrigerator, discovered my husband seemed to want to have a beef stir fry, so I came here found the recipe, and we both loved it! Thanks
