This has become a regular dinner with a few changes. I'm a vegetarian so I use the Morning Star "chicken strips" which work well with this recipe. Also, like others I use a bed of rice instead of spinach.

I, too, added honey, but I recommend adding honey "to taste". Prepare the sauce as stated and then add a little more of the ingredients to get things to your liking. I used "no sugar added" pineapple, so I had to add a little more honey to get things right. I also do not care for ketchup, so I had to taste and tweak the sauce to ensure that its flavor was acceptably subtle for me. Besides, who wants to eat ketchup-flavored pineapple? Also, keep in mind that this is going to be somewhat sweet. After all, it has pineapple in it. I don't understand the reviews that claim that this is "too sweet". Isn't the sweetness part of the point? Lastly, remember that this is a salad. When I made it, it didn't cut it as a full meal for 3 people. At a minimum, it needs some rolls to go with it.

Loved the concept of this recipe. I added a handful of sliced mushrooms. I only added the cherry tomatoes at the end. I mixed the pineapple, along with some mandarain oranges, into the stir fry mixture right before serving. The sauce is great and I"ll use it in other stir fry recipes too.

We all loved this one. The only change I made was to add more pineapple and use grape tomatoes...you don't even need dressing on this.

Very good and a nice change. I substituted mushrooms for the peppers (just a personal preference). Thanks for sharing.

EXCELLENT. I used thinly sliced beef instead of chicken and threw together the ingredients for the sauce (without measuring) and it still turned out perfect. This is definitely a keeper!

This recipe was quick and easy to make with household staples that you don't have to plan an extra shopping trip for. Even my "meat and potato" husband liked it, although he's usually not too keen on spinach. I chose to serve basmati rice with the salad and it went very nicely together. Thanks for a great recipe!

Very good, light and fresh. The stir-fry sauce is so good that I've used it for other recipes. But this is definitely the favorite. It is great left overs as well to make a salad for lunch :-)

DH and I both loved this recipe. Such a nice change from putting you stir-fry on rice and healthier too. I did use 2 pepper (red and green), added some sliced Vidalla Onion and a can of sliced Waterchestnuts. Delicious - It's a keeper.

I got so many cumpliments from my husband and children! Thanks! Two things? 1-The vinegar: Which one and how much? I add a Tbsp of white vinegar. 2-I did not add the brown sugar afraid to get the recipe too sweet, but next time I will try with honey...

My husband and I thought that the recipe was good but not great. The dressing felt a little heavy and was too sweet for our taste.

This is absolutely delicious! The sauce is good, but is made excellent with 1 tbsp honey. It tastes like the "brown sauce" you get at a Chinese restaurant, only sweeter and tastier. The ingredients come together really nicely to make this very enjoyable! Plus, I added peanuts for decoration and crunch.

Made this for dinner last night and it was a big hit! I did add 1 T. of honey and 2 T. of cider vinegar as other reviewers suggested. We absolutely loved it! This will be seeing a lot of family picnics this summer. The best part is...I get to have the leftovers today for lunch! YAY! Thank you for posting this easy, delicious recipe.

I was very impressed at how tasty the salad was!!! I'm usually one to one try recipes that have a lot of ratings, but this one looked good enough to venture out of my norm. I too added 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of apple cider vindegar. This recipes will definitely be a part of my routine dinner menu!
