All of the ingredients sounded like they would make a nice meal so I gave this a shot but it just really lacked the flavor I had hoped. I followed it completely and even let the meat marinate 3X as long as the recipe stated.

This was good, but it was a little sweeter than I expected it to be. I basically followed the recipe, except I omitted the peanuts since I didn't have any on hand and I increased the noodles since 3 oz. didn't seem like a lot of noodles for 6 servings. I used about 3/4 of a 14 oz. box of rice noodles, and that seemed to be a good amount to me.

This is awesome! I just made it for may family, my kids ate it too! I put it over brown rice instead of noodles. I also did not have any peanuts in the house and it was still delicious and easy! I recommend this recipe!

I was hoping the chicken would have more flavor than it did after marinating it but overall it was a very good recipe. I would try this again. My rice noodles didn't have any directions on the package so I had to look up how to cook them since I've never made them before. I ended up boiling a pot of water, adding the noodles, removing the pot from the heat, and letting them soak for five minutes. Apparently if you cook them like regular noodles they can become too tough and rubbery to eat.

This was really good and easy to make. I added spinach instead of onions and mixed in some egg at the end. Marinating the chicken for 20 minutes gave it excellent flavor! I'll definitely make this again.

This is an excellent stir fry recipe - I have six picky eaters at home and they all liked it! I added sherry instead of white wine and I used green beans, yellow squash, red pepper and onions for the vegetables. We'll definitely make this one again.
