Whole wheat goodness (subbed for white flour)with the apples, applesauce and pecans. The glaze overflowed the muffin pan, so I recommend baking these in a 9x13 pan because the sides are deeper!

Delicious! I used gluten free flour, didn't have shortening, so i used more butter. It does leak honey out, which causes a sticky mess. They were not overly sweet, would be great with ice cream, but delicious alone too. They are so cute as well. I accidentally mixed the filling ingredients instead of layering them, but it didn't affect the taste. I will be making these again!

This was a different recipe that I'd never heard of before. I liked the idea of making individual apple rolls in the muffin pan. Very cute, and they were taken quickly at my ladies bible study. I followed the recipe exactly, but do beware they do leak over and the oven started smoking and left a big mess. Didn't effect the end result, and I will make again. Very yummy tasting!!!

These were delicious! The only change I made was (because of sheer laziness) I substituted biscuit mix for the flour, baking powder, salt, shortening & butter. I made the dough according to the directions for rolled biscuits, added the cinnamon & apple & followed the recipe from there. Will definitely make again!
