This was a good recipe, nice and chewy. The melted chocolate made it very gourmet-like and my boyfriend was crazy about it! However, I expected it to be a lot better considering the great reviews it got. Surprisingly, unlike most others, mine didn't turn out flat at all, rather, it was the perfect cookie shape, but this was probably because i refrigerated the dough right up till the moment it had to go into the oven. My only suggestion would be to reduce the sugar as it was a little too sweet to really savour the combination of flavours. Anyone should give it a go and try to adapt the recipe to their own taste. Enjoy making it!!!
p/s: does anyone know how to modify this to make it crisp rather than chewy?
