  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Wrap each beet separately in a square of heavy-duty aluminum foil and put in the oven for 1-1/4 hours or until beets are tender. When cool enough to handle, slip off skins and coarsely chop beets. In a food processor, process beets and garlic until smooth. Add Dannon® Plain Yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Steam the broccoli stalks and serve drizzled with the beet sauce.

I wanted SO badly to love this recipe, but it was just ok. The beet sauce was a gorgeous color, especially when compared to the bright green broccoli. It just was lacking flavor. I loved the idea of this, and we ate it all, but I won't make it again. It took a lot of time for an ok result. But health wise it's a sure winner. Its always fun trying new things, though!
