A big hit with my meat and potatoes loving husband. I used both red and green peppers and added in the single tomato left in my fridge. The marinade is excellent. It was quick and easy to prepare too. My husband wants this again soon. Many Thanks.

This was really good. I liked the idea of mixing potato, steak, peppers, green onions with the dressing then placing it on top of of the lettuce. Although I made the salad exactly as recipe called for, next time I will add some stinky cheese and try a different dressing. Not crazy about the Caesar.
