I followed the recipie to the tea, accept I used stew steak chunks, I mixed everything together before I served, I used montreal steak sesoning, and only a half a cup of water it was amazing.

I added less water & then about 1/4 cup of red wine. When cooking anything w/ a red sauce I always add sugar too. About 2 T.
