The flavors for this recipe were very good. It was a quick recipe and very simple. Since there were seven of us eating and we had to stretch the steaks, we sliced them and prepared them on a griddle instead of broiling whole steaks. We used the same seasonings, however, and the result was wonderful. Thank you for sharing.

Extremely delicious! I made a few small changes to the recipe, but it came out fantastic. First, I used chicken broth, but next time I'm looking forward to trying it with wine. Second, I mashed the rosemary, salt and pepper mixture with my mortar and pestle with a little olive oil; this helped crush everything to bits and also helped the mixture adhere to the steak. Third, I used a 1 3/4 pound sirloin steak and cooked it under the broiler. The onions were fantastic: buttery and sweet, but not overpowering. This was perfect served with garlic mashed potatoes. I'm so making this again!
