THIS should be called 'You Can't Have Just One Slice Bread.' My friend gave me this recipe when I first started making bread. It's golden on the outside and the inside - beautiful and colorful besides being so delicious. I love to bake it in the fall. It blends in with every menu that includes the produce of that season. -Amy Martin, Waddell, Arizona

My grandma loves these light moist rolls, and so do my nieces and nephews. They are a great way to use leftover squash--or to get non-squash lovers to eat this delicious vegetables! --Angela Leschisin of Turtle Lake, Wisconsin

The simplest is often the best, and this squash dish is no exception. Brown sugar and butter add sweetness and a glaze to the already wonderful taste of the squash. Serves two.
