This is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of sprouts but everyone in the house said they would eat this again. Easy to prepare too.

My husband just prepared this for dinner and we both loved it. The tanginess from the mustard worked well with the brown sugar, which did not overpower the sauce with sweetness. The sauce also went well with the cornmeal-fried tilapia that we had made.

My kids, who fight my efforts to get them to eat Brussels Sprouts, enjoyed the taste of this! I used whole wheat flour and honey in place of the all purpose flour and the brown sugar. Great taste. Easy to make!
