Fan-freakin-tastic! I used my juicer to get the juice using fresh raspberries and strawberries and added some fresh sliced baby portabello mushrooms - only needed 1/2 the finished dressing to thoroughly coat and serve - it was a BIG hit - thanks!

It cetainly was easy but i used feta instead of blue cheese and it was a bit bland. As far as the dressing i prefer something with a little more zing.

This was a very refreshing salad, I thought the dressing would be too thin but it was actually very good.. the blue cheese i thought overpowered the salad a little bit, next time i'll try it withoutt

Refreshing and very flavorful. I thought the juice seemed like it would make rather a lot of thin dressing though, so I used a scoop of frozen raspberry concentrate instead. I used a navel orange rather than tinned mandarin, as I didn't have any. I will make a point of adding mandarins to my pantry for next time I make this, as I think their mildness probably suits the recipe best. Overall a very nice combination of ingredients and flavors. Thank you for the recipe!

This salad was so tasty and easy to make! I made it for dinner one night and had to stop myself from eating the whole thing! I made some substitutions which turned out wonderfully: instead of raspberry juice I used blackberry juice, instead of white wine vinegar I used red wine vinegar, and instead of mandarin oranges I used chopped dried apricots. Will definitely make this again!
