Great salad! I make the Hidden Vally Ranch version which adds 2 Tbls sliced pimento, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 sm clove garlic minced and substitute 1 Cup roasted cashews or macadamia nuts for the sunflower seeds. Toss gently; chill.

Very good flavor--crispy, crunchy, and fresh tasting. This would be great with blue cheese dressing as well I think

I had this is a small deli in my hometown and recreated it at home. I put in fresh parmesean chesse and use peanuts instead. It gets better and better the longer it sits in the frig.

So creamy and rich, I might like this a little bit better with less dressing. Very good.

Easy and tasty recipe. I'm not a huge fan of peas but even I loved this salad.

A nice change from the usual side dish. I love cauliflower and dislike peas. Family likes peas and dislike cauliflower. Everyone eats this.

I didn'thave any cauliflower or sunflower kernals so I had to leave them out but otherwise this was very good. I took it to a potluck at work and got lots of compliments. I did use reduced fat ranch and sour cream and I used thick cut peppered bacon.

Great Salad. I made it on short notice to go with dinner so I had to change it up a bit. I added cilantro and minced carrots. I did not have cauliflower or sunflower seeds. And I used turkey bacon as we try to eat as light as possible. Also used fat free ranch and sour cream. It turned out GREAT. My husband loved it and asked for more. I really liked the addition of the cilantro. I used 1 TBSP fresh minced. I will definitely make this again. And it gets better after sitting overnight.
