I didn'thave any cauliflower or sunflower kernals so I had to leave them out but otherwise this was very good. I took it to a potluck at work and got lots of compliments. I did use reduced fat ranch and sour cream and I used thick cut peppered bacon.

Great Salad. I made it on short notice to go with dinner so I had to change it up a bit. I added cilantro and minced carrots. I did not have cauliflower or sunflower seeds. And I used turkey bacon as we try to eat as light as possible. Also used fat free ranch and sour cream. It turned out GREAT. My husband loved it and asked for more. I really liked the addition of the cilantro. I used 1 TBSP fresh minced. I will definitely make this again. And it gets better after sitting overnight.

Nice quick salad. I had 1/4 cup of french onion dip sitting in the fridge, so I subbed it in for the sour cream. I used "light" Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and I tossed in a good amount of shredded carrot for color and left out the bacon. Thanks for the recipe!

Recipe was so-so. My husband & son didn't like it. I ate most of it...won't make again. Broccoli salad is better!

This was a wonderful, easy salad to put together. I didn't have any sunflower seeds so I used slivered almonds. I also substituted 'light' ranch dressing instead of regular and no one could taste the difference. Will make this again. Thanks!

This is a great summertime salad that I have been making for years. The only difference in my recipe is that it calls for cashews in place of the sunflower seeds.
