This is very tasty! But I made some significant teaks. We do not have sorrel on Guam, so I used shredded celery leaves instead -- like my Polish mother used to do. I hope it's akin to sorrel? Also, instead of vinegar I use lemon or lime juice, and I add the dill while cooking (and also again as a garnish. This is such a good recipe for traditionalists who just don't like beets for Wigilia!
