Delicious! I was skeptical because its my 1st time making ribs but it was so tender & the sauce was delicious. The meat fell right off the bone. My husband and daugther loved it. It was even more tasty the next day for leftovers

This cooking method is PERFECT! I use a bottled sauce I really like and would never eat ribs before this, but the meat comes out with the perfect texture (just be careful if you do use bottled sauce that it's not too salty or anything because the sauce carmelizes under the broiler and imparts a strong taste). Best rib recipe ever!

I cheated. I did everything as posted, except I used a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. The whole process is easy and quick, and delicious. It's the procedue that I always use, now.

The sauce is great. I NEVER simmer ribs - I slow roast them in the oven for 90minutes uncovered on 325. Baste them with sauce the last 45 mins and then under the broiler for a minute or so with more sauce. Oh, yea.....
