FABULOUS! Even my kids thought it was great (which is quite a testament!) I may mix it up a bit the next time I make it. I like the suggetion of the artichoke hearts and fresh spinich as opposed to the frozen, but all in all, this was one of the best and easiest recipes I have used from this site. Thank you for sharing!

Took this recipe to dinner with friends and it was a hit!! Used the Italian Dressing Mix Recipe from this sight, made with olive oil, white wine vinegar and a splash of lemon juice, as the Italian Dressing and it was fantastic!!!

This recipe gets 5 stars for versatility and easiness!! I used marinated artichoke hearts instead of olives and chopped baby spinach instead of frozen. Mixed the packet Italian dressing in the blender and poured over salad and let marinate overnight. It was the first thing to go at the Easter picnic!

I thought this was great and fairly easy. It was a huge hit at a party I brought it to. I have been asked to make it again. Definately be careful not to overcook your tortellini and it gets a little soggy from the dressing too.

This is a nice, light salad. I used fresh spinach. Probably only used about 4oz of dressing, which was plenty. People could add more if they wanted it.

Good salad, something a little different than the usual noodle salad. Took it to a BBQ and everyone was asking for the recipe, it was so simple it was almost embarrassing to tell them!

Fabulous. I made the creamy italian dressing I from this site to use, fresh baby spinach and kalamata olives. I would have eaten the whole thing by myself if I hadn't made it to share!
