Very healthy and has a good flavor. I also added chicken to the garlic/red pepper flakes round, and may experiment with some fish next time.

I wasn't blown away with this recipe. Perhaps if I had used oil packed sundried tomatoes, but I didnt find that the recipe allowed for enough moistening time for the tomatoes, and I didnt enjoy the texture. I would recommend increasing the soaking time. Favours were ok, but not very strong. I found myself being bored within a few bites of this dish. Make sure to add lots of pepper flakes to give it some punch!

This was a big disapointment - not much flavor. I ended up adding lots of parmesean to it (and salt!).

Had with spaghetti and it was great! Used water instead of veg broth and was fine. A very nice light change from thick sauces. Thanks!! Double the red pepper to make it a very spicy dish!

I liked this dish, and my husband really enjoyed it. I used a bag of pre-washed baby spinach, and added diced chicken with the garlic. It was a tasty, light meal.

I wouldn't write a review unless it was outstanding..trust me, this one IS! The broth really sets the flavors and the red pepper gives it a little kick that makes it just perfect. Seriously, I don't think I've had better pasta dishes in any Italian restaurant!

Yum! Although I used a lot of pots and pans making this, it was quick and easy, and most importantly, delicious! I've made different versions of this in the past, but the crushed red pepper flakes were a nice new touch.

I was looking for a recipe for an item recently removed from the menu of a local restaurant: this is very similar. I sautéed some sliced chicken breast with the garlic; otherwise I made it as written. We enjoyed it & will make it again.***The second time I made this, I used a tomato & basil flavoured pasta. It was a perfect compliment to this recipe.

One of my favorites ... very simple to prepare and tasty! I omit the pine nuts as a personal preference, substitute dehydrated tomatoes with julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, no need to presoak them and adds great texture and flavor, and drizzle additional olive oil as the final step to moisten the pasta a bit. Serve with garlic bread and a glass of wine ... sophisticated simplicity. Prepare to impress! Photo available on my profile page.

Wonderful and very tasty. I used a bag of prewashed baby spinach for convenience and also used an extra garlic clove. I served with a nice crusty bread and salad. It was a hit with the whole family. This dish heats up nicely too.

I made this for a family party and it was a new favorite! Everyone raved about it, including my father-in-law who is a tough critic -- he worked in an Italian restaurant in NY when he was at school!

Really good. Made a nice, light, summertime dinner. I made exactly as per the recipe and wouldn't change a thing.
