This was good and very simple, but I think I'll stick with fresh fruit for breakfast; it turns out I prefer dried fruit in salads. I don't like overly sweet dressings, so I reduced the sweetener to the equivalent of 1/3 cup of sugar (I used 1/4 cup agave). I used olive oil, and I added some arugula because I had some that needed to be used. The texture was great, and the dressing complemented the salad perfectly.

Very good recipe. I use baby romaine lettuce instead of spinach which I preferred. The dressing is so yummy!

Made this dressing for Easter dinner and we loved it. I liked the absense of onion and garlic, which is commonly added to this dressing. It was perfect!

Made this for our family's Annual Easter Egg Hunt. WOW - It was fantastic! I did cut the sugar by half & used the Raspberry Vinegar. I also used toasted sesame seeds. The strawberries were soo sweet & the baby spinach leaves to tender. I can't wait to make this again! It will be great to take to the swim club this summer! Thanks RobinV

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I use apple cider vinegar instead of the white and added about a teaspoon of onion. For the dressing, the easiest way to mix is to put everything in the blender. The extra dressing I store in a mason jar in the fridge. When I'm ready to use it again, I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds to bring it back to the original consistancy (won't be paste-like anymore).

Great! Stuck to recipe, except I drizzled the dressing on instead of tossing with the salad. The dressing is very tangy, which compliments the sweetness of the strawberries. A wonderful mixture of flavors; even my 4-year-old gobbled it up! Plus, it was very quick, took less than 10 minutes to throw everything together.

I'll give it four stars because my kids liked it, and that's not common for a salad. Maybe I should have tried it exactly the way it was written, but I used some reviewers suggestions, I used raspberry vinegar, and less sugar, and I don't know it just wasn't that special. It was okay, but not a better alternative to a nice garden salad, in my opinion.

This was good. But I think the crowd that I had were not really people that ate a lot of salad.

Very good- made for Easter. I didn't think there was too much sugar like others did. I toasted the sesame seeds before i added them to the dressing. I used one bag of baby spinach and one bag of romaine hearts, 2 cartons of strawberries- equalled the right amount! I highly recommend this salad, as is!!

Perfect! I made it for 12 servings and it was way more than enough for a buffet for 30 people. Next time I will keep it at 8 servings. (Our pot-luck family gatherings have tons of food.) I think some people would just not try it because of the strawberries. They missed out!

I made this for my husband's family for Easter. They are not very adventurous (very meat and potatoes) but this received rave reviews. I did have goat cheese crumbles for those who wanted to add to their salad. I also tried it with candied pecans - Delicious!!

One of the best salads I have ever had. Everyone at Easter wanted to know what was in the dressing. I used splenda instead of sugar and it was plenty sweet. No other substitutions. Will make year round!
