Yum! This is a great recipe because you can add whatever you want, depending on what you like and what you have in your fridge! I made mine with eggs, milk, hash browns, spinach, mushrooms, salami, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese and added some different seasoning, after cooking on the stove for a while I put it in the oven to broil. It was a great hit, will definitely be making this often!! I am always looking for different ways to include vegetables at mealtime and this makes a great sidedish. Thanks for the recipe!
