This salad is delicious. I froze leftovers and took it out last night and served it hot. It got rave reviews!

Loved this recipe. I added some kalamata olives and used Newman's Light Balsamic salad dressing. Will definately make this again.

Very good, very easy. Will definitely make again. I like the suggestion of adding dried cranberries - I think it will create another dimension in the flavor!

We really enjoy this recipe. The only changes I make is I cut down on the oil/vinegar to 1/4 cup each and I add chopped tomatoes. I also buy the feta w/garlic & herb seasoning.

I used a rotini pasta to fill the dish out a little more and it was pretty good. I served it as a side dish with chicken and then took just the salad for lunch the next day. The spinach was just starting to get wilty after 2 days in the fridge so if you plan to have leftovers, add the spinach in as you go.

Very good. I got lots of compliments. I only used 1/3c of vinegar, though, and might even use less next time. Also, I used arugula instead of spinach. And I also toasted the pine nuts before putting them in. Would definately make again!

I had a friend make this recipe and it was amazing. A total hit. I decided to make this same recipe and as an amature cook as I was... I didn't toast the pine nuts. It was horrible. The recipe doesn't say to toast it but with out the pine nuts toasted, the recipe is a complete disaster. The dish is wonderful is cooked correctly... and if the recipe mentioned this one minor but dramatic cooking issue.

This salad is great! I added some crumbled bacon and did about half of the Orzo. I used a bottled balsamic salad dressing that I had on hand. Everyone had seconds of this salad, even the kids!

A great salad to make ahead of time for a dinner party. This is not your typical pasta salad side dish. I received lots of compliments on this dish. Thanks!

I loved this salad. Very easy and tasty. An easy way to disguise spinach from a picky eater. The balsamic/olive oil dressing was really good.

Excellent!!! Very light for a summer side dish. I served it with fresh grouper and grilled vegetables. My daughter doesn't like onions so I put them in the food processor. It was a big hit and had to make copies of the receipe.
