I did not like this recipe! However, I did sent it to work with my husband and they ate it. When I asked my husband a few months later about this recipe, he said that it was not memorable. I wont be making this again.

This salad is fantastic - even without the pine nuts which are a little pricey for our budget. We tend to add grape tomatoes and lots of feta too. It's good the next day too, though the spinach is more wilted. When we travel with it, we keep the orzo and dressing separate from the veggies and mix upon arrival.

This was a great salad that I made several times in the summer as an alternative to potato salad at gatherings. It's light and mediterranean taste made my husband and I feel like we were in Greece every time we made it! The more feta cheese, the better.

This is my go-to for potlucks. I usually substitute walnuts for the pine nuts, and my personal secret is to use a white basalmic vinegar.

It is so good. I bought some cherry tomatoes and cut them in half to add.

Great flavors!!!! I did half the oil and vinegar and turned out to be the perfect amount of dressing, not too dry or soggy.

I love this salad and have taken it to a couple of outdoor parties. I've toasted the pine nuts, added chopped red and yellow peppers to add some color but other than that have followed the recipe. It's great and perfect for a hot day, goes well with anything.

Very good! Pretty much followed the recipe, but did toast the pine nuts and used fresh regular spinach instead of baby. Brought it to a dinner party and everyone raved - thanks!

This wasn't really sure how this would turn out but it was so good! I did leave out the onion and added grilled chicken. I think it would be great without the chicken as well. Thanks for the recipe!

As others have said before, makes a huge dish. Took to a cookout for 20 and felt great that I brought the right amt.

A nice fresh and light salad, great for summer BBQ's (went along nicely with my spinach salad and beef sandwiches - sirloin tip roast using marinade from this site!). I toasted my pine nuts, didn't add any onion (don't much enjoy raw onions) and altered the oil/vinegar ratios as I normally do (like more vinegar, less oil). I don't think I used quite as much spinach as called for, just eyeballed it and yes, this makes a huge salad, definitely yummy!

I thought this turned out pretty good! I added sun-dried tomatoes and toasted the pinenuts as some others had suggested. I will definitely cut back on the dressing next time though - probably half the dosage would have been sufficient. I will definitely make this again - it's a good potluck salad!

This was surprisingly good - although I skipped the nuts altogether and only added a splash of olive oil and salt. Oh, and I added some bacon.
