Great pasta salad. A new favorite of mine. I add a bit more baby spinach then called for because it soaks down to nothing. Also recommend using WHITE balsamic vinegar. Loved this and I don't rate very many recipes!

this was loved by all! I did sautee the red onion, spinach and pine nuts in some evoo which I would really recommend cause it made the flavors mesh together well and the nuts got nice and toasted! will be making this for a long time--thanks for the recipe!

Great potluck recipe! Makes more than 8 servings, I'd say more like 10 servings. Needs ~1 tsp salt as well as fresh ground black pepper. Added artichoke hearts and olives as per others' suggestion. Used less oil and vinegar (maybe cut down by 25%). Would be great vehicle for other veggies as well (blanched broccoli, zucchini, etc.).

I was really excited to try this since it had such a high rating but was extremely disappointed! I am glad I only made half (which is still a lot). I followed the recipe exactly and thought that it was too bland. I am thinking that people are rating the recipe as to how they modify it? I don't know but I will not make this again!

This is an excellent base recipe! I threw in olives, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and used a lot less oil/vinegar- it was delicious hot or cold. It's really hard to mess this recipe up.

Not bad. Bf thought it should be warm, which kind of surprised me, but I guess he's a warm pasta guy. I like all the flavors in this, but maybe needs a bit more orzo or a bit less spinach for me. I halved the recipe and it does make quite a bit; we've got some leftovers for tomorrow. I put in garlic instead of onion and I think it works well that way. I, too, toasted the pine nuts to bring out the flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Next time, I'd back off on the onion just a little, but what a fantastic side with the Cheddar Baked Chicken dish found on Allrecipes. You can make this side while the chicken bakes. So delicious!

I enjoyed this recipe. It is light and refreshing. (Note: I made it as the recipe suggests. It is delicious that way, but could also be modified to reflect individual tastes.)

I loved it and so did my fiance! It mixes so many of my favorite ingredients. I served it with Bacon wrapped Scallops (recipe on website) and it was fantastic. Will definitely do it again, especially since it's so easy to make up ahead of time for a dinner party.

I made this recipe for a Super Bowl party yesterday. What a hit! The spinach stayed bright green and the feta added just the right kick. I'll definately make it again.

Turned out great. As per someone else's suggestion, we added marinated artichokes chopped up and chopped olives, and it added to the flavor. It was spectacular. I might add more veggies to it to make it even healthier, but it was a great salad.

I have been making this recipe for over a year now, and whenever I bring it somewhere everyone loves it and wants the recipe! It is excellent! The only thing I do differently is I only add 1/2 bag of spinach so it will be more like pasta than salad. I also dont really measure anything, I just add ingredients until I think it is perfect. Make sure to rinse the orzo with cold water though...I forgot once and it really changed the flavor. Thanks for the wonderful recipe...it is one of my favorites!
