Original Recipe Yield 1 cheese ball
 

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 6 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Stir together cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl; mix well. Gently fold in Gorgonzola crumbles. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll cheese ball in slivered almonds. Wrap well; chill until firm, about 1 hour.
