These were good, and I would make them again with some changes. They needed something else... mostly salt and pepper, the idea about the worchestire sauce sounds good. They were edible with lots of ketchup.

Wow--just made these and they were really great. Make sure you get as much moisture out of the spinach, or the burgers tend to fall apart. Or, use fresh spinach.

Delicious! I used fresh spinach, added some chopped onion and greek seasoning and pepper. Also works well to make ahead and freeze. Probably easier to grill from frozen. Served on a bun with tzatziki sauce. A great alternative to regular beef burgers.

i liked these just fine. they are a nice change from the heavy burger. it feels lighter, healthier, but still you feel full cuz it's still meat. i paired it with the greek tortellini salad recipe from here (one of my favorites!) & you have a winner!

YUM. I roasted the garlic (we LOVE) and added 4 cloves; used greek seasonings and a little salt. It is FABULOUS on ciabatta with mayo and tomatoes!

These are quick and delicious. The salty Feta and the earthy spinach just seem to belong in ground turkey. I added some salt, pepper, extra garlic and a pinch of oregano. Yum-a-do.

I give the recipe as is a 4 but with modifications, a 5! To have enough meat to make this recipe and the Tex-Mex burgers on this site, I quartered this recipe. 8 oz non-frozen ground turkey, used no eggs, some extra feta, added extra garlic, a few dashes of cayenne, about 1 tsp each of pepper and Kosher salt (or 1/2 tsp regular salt), and some healthy dashes of paprika. I eyeballed the spinach. I wilted down 1/3 of a regular size bag and finely chopped it. Also, I added 1/2 cup diced onion and 2.5 large mushrooms, finely diced and let the whole mix set for 1 hour in the fridge. Diced onions and mushrooms in turkey burgers make them so juicy! This is an instant regular in our house. I will definitely be making it again. We served these with mayo, lettuce and tomato on wheat hamburger buns. These seasonings can easily be adjusted to use with 1 or 2 lbs of meat. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I wasn't too thrilled with this recipe. I thought it would have tasted a little better. It was very difficult to shape the burger, a very messy chore!I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and garlic powder instead bc i ran out of garlic.

My husband and I found these bland. I served it with homemade Tzatziki sauce and pita. If you're going to try this recipe I would suggest adding some greek spices to flavour them up.
