This was a very tasty meatloaf, full of flavor and good for you too. I didn't have soft breadcrumbs so I used dried Italian style breadcrumbs but reduced the amount to a 1/2 cup, I also always add a tbs of olive oil per lb of turkey to add a little fat the the mix since turkey is so lean other than that I followed the recipe as written. Those who made comments about this tasting like a giant "meatball" are pretty close to the truth. Honestly though, how far can you expect the taste of this to be from a meatball when one of the main ingredients is pasta sauce? If that really bothers you or you wanted to achieve a different end you can always forgo the pasta sauce and use the more traditional ketchup. However, I liked this recipe very much and will be making it again I am sure :)

I ONLY rate recipes when I follow them to the T, and this one was perfect! I didn't have to tweak it! It was absolutely outstanding, quick to assemble, moist and delicious even as microwaved leftovers!

All in all pretty ok. The spinach lacked flavor though. Followed recipe to the letter, next time I will try fresh spinach and maybe flavor the spinach with garlic or ranch spices.

not so much. my changes included approximately doubling all of the flavoring ingredients - herbs, spaghetti sauce, etc, but did not double the turkey and used fat free mozz...it wasn't that good. very mushy, not great flavor and too much stringy spinach.

I was a little unsure about this one, as I searched for a decent 'turkey' recipe. But, I was beyond impressed with the end result! -- The turkey keeps the roll a bit lighter than with beef and adding in a little turkey sausage added a great kick. The cheesy, spinach center was the real standout - a great way to make a boring meatloaf into something way more special.

We really liked this. I added some diced bell pepper and used cheddar instead of mozzarella. It was a little on the mushy side - I think I will use more bread crumbs next time and try to roll it a little thinner. Great recipe though!

I live in a low carb world and this was absolutely delishious! I used fresh spinich and substituted chopped green peper for onion. This has a meatloaf like texture, and we ate it with spaghetti sauce. Next time I will put it on the top before I bake it.

This is a pretty neat recipe. It was a little bland, though so next time I'll add some salt. I'll definitely use fresh spinach next time as well. Make sure to only put 1/4 c. of the spaghetti sauce in the meat loaf. When I read "1 cup divided" at first I thought it meant 1/2 cup. Unfortunalty I was in a rush while preparing it the first time around. I definitely plan on making it again, though. Just needs a little tweaking.

Lovely recipe. Added two cloves minced garlic to the spinach and two cloves minced garlic to the ground meat before rolling. We put this together and froze it until we were ready to cook it. Froze beautifully.

I got some good ideas from other reviews. I used dry stuffing mix, added extra spaghetti sauce, Worcester sauce and cooking sherry to soften and crush it with a fork. After adding turkey to ingredients it was too moist so I added 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I used fresh baby spinach wilted in the microwave then chopped and added some feta cheese to the mozzarella cheese and spinach. I added a little chili sauce to the remaining spaghetti sauce, spread it on top of the roll, sprinkled mozzarella cheese on top for last 10 min in oven. Even Judy loved it!

This is my second time making this and my family and I absolutely love this. I used everything the recipe called for, except for the garlic cloves, because I never have them on hand. The meat mixture was a bit too juicy, but I still love it. I give this 2 thumbs up.

Since other reviewers said it tasted like a meatball, I left out the garlic, added only half the oregano and only one egg. I also used smoked gouda instead of mozarella. very good and DIFFERENT!!!

This was fantastic! We totally perfer this over the beef meatloaf. I did a couple of things different though. I used italian bread crumbs and green onion because that's what I had on hand. Also, I chopped up an extra garlic clove and put in the middle with the spinach and added cheese to the meet as well as some in the middle. Would definately make again!

This is an excellent recipe. I added a few drops of worcestire sauce and garlic salt to the turkey. Also, I added ricotta and feta cheese to the mozarella and spinach mixture, along with one egg to bind them. Lastly, I brushed the top of the loaf with a mixture of the pasta sauce and chili sauce. Thank you very much for the recipe. I will be using it frequently

I have no idea why this got such good reviews. I found it extremely bland. Also, the meat mixture was too moist with two eggs, so I had to add additional bread crumbs. All I tasted was spinach. It needs more seasoning & more tomato sauce in the meat to give it some flavor. Also a stronger cheese may help. Mozarella is too mild. I doubt I will make this again.

This is so delicious. I actually used 1.25 pounds of turkey because that's the way it's packaged in our stores. I just added another 1/4 cup of crumbs and a bit more seasoning. Mine baked up much faster than 50 minutes but then I do use a convection oven. This I will make again and again. Easy!
