VERY GOOD. This came out better than I expected. I did, however, make a few changes. We didn't have any fresh tomatoes and it's raining... to avoid a trip to the store, I used a can of stewed tomatoes, draining the juice and only using the tomatoes themselves. I think this really added to the flavor. Also, I cut up a little basil and sprinkled it on top along with the parmesan cheese. We made way too much and ended up eating it all because it was so yummy!

REALLY delicious. My cousin made this for me, her first meal ever, and we loved it. Changes: didn't incl raisins, did add pine nuts and pan-fried mushrooms, also used a ltl chkn broth.
