Great, loved it! Didn't add as much cream and added a lot more spinach but it was fantastic! Was really quick and easy too. Will definitely make again.

I substitute 1/2 and 1/2 for whipping cream and it's still creamy goodness!

SO delicious! My husband said he felt like he should be eating it at a restaurant. I didn't make any changes and it was very easy to make and quick. This recipe is a definite keeper and I will for sure be making this again! We both loved it.

This was soooo good! I used two cans of plain diced tomatoes, a 20 oz. package of tortellini and a small diced onion. I also doubled the spinach. So good.

Super easy to make! I pretty much doubled the recipe and also added about 2 Tbsp of cornstarch diluted in cold water. I also added Baby portabella mushrooms and a chopped red bell pepper to the tomato mixture. The whole family loved it.

Amazingly good! Reminds me of something I once had a Olive Garden. I used 20 oz of rainbow tortellin i and a box of frozen spinach. My husband had about 3-4 helpings.

A very easy and yummy dish. I didn't use the heavy cream either but increased the milk to 1 cup and I too use cornstarch as a thickener. I also used 1 package of fresh spinach and cooked it down with fresh garlic before I added the diced tomato. I will be serving this again!!! :)
