I made this the other night, and it was really delicious! I love tortellini anyway, but this is a really yummy and elegant way to serve it. The only thing I would change next time is I would put the tomatoes and spinach in the food processor just into chopped only because my 2 and 5 year old boys didn't care for the chunks of tomato and spinach in it. If I didn't have young children though, I would leave it just the way it is. Definitely going to be a keeper around here! Thanks for sharing!

Used evaporated milk rather than cream & it was still very good. Added more spinach & a couple shakes of red chili flakes.

Yum. Nice change for me to thicken up the sauce (I usually make light sauces). Wouldn't change a thing.

Good - but not great. Used all half and half instead of the milk and cream. Doubled the garlic. Drained the tomatoes. Used a whole bag of baby spinach. It tastes good, but a bit bland. Could maybe use some red pepper or something. I think a second can of tomatoes would "zip" it up some.

My husband made this the other day, followed the directions exactly. While he loved it, the rest of us didn't care for it much. But that's not the fault of the recipe, I just didn't like the sauce. He vowed to make it again and again though, so he definitely liked it.

This was EXCELLENT and very easy make. I used DiGornoi Cheese stuffed tortellinis and followed the recipe spot on. For the spinach I used a bag of spinach salad and it toworked perfectly. My boyfriend LOVED it as well. This one will be a favorite in my house!!

I thought it was good but a little bland. Next time I will add hot sausage or chicken to add a little more flavor. I did add more spinach to the mix only because we love spinach! Also added more cheese sprinkled on top.

I agree, this is like something you'd order in a restaurant. Very tasty -- loved it! The bonus is how easy it is!

Great recipe with nice flavor - made dish exactly as printed, but so many variations are possible (add meat, more spinach, ravioli, etc.). Delicious!

This is a delicious and easy meal to make. I've added ground Italian sausage to the sauce and it has been good. Chicken would also be a good protein to add.

Very easy and very good. I had to make a couple of substitutions based on what I had--I was out of canned regular tomatoes so I used a can of rotel which did not state mild, medium or hot on it.. I guess I assumed it would be mild. It was actually pretty spicy. I still liked it as did my 12 year old stepdaughter but we both agreed next time to make sure and use regular diced tomatoes. Other than that, it's better than some restaurat variations.
