A deliciously ,easy recipe, great for pleasing the vegans in the family. I substituted the feta with Parmesan as I did not have any Feta cheese and added 3 tbsp of light cream. The kids gobbled it up.

This recipe is really tasty! and easy to make to boot! I made this with a basil garlic linguine (and also added some fresh basil to the spinach/onion/tomato mixture) and it was a big hit. I also added freshly grated parmesan cheese with the feta and a little over the top when I served it. Really good!

this is a good pasta recipe that is really easy and quick. loved the feta! next time i think i will add more spinach, I LOVE SPINACH. i used whole wheat pasta
