I have been making these for several years! I always love them and they are always gone quick at my parties! Definitely for spinach lovers only though!

This is way I get my kids to eat spinach! I've been successful using any number of cheeses in this recipe; it's very forgiving. I think the stuffing mix provides enough flavor, so I do not add the salt and pepper. This is mostly because of the kids and is totally a personal call. Thanks for a quick and easy treat!

I recently made these for a party and they flew off the plate! Everyone loved them! And they were so quick and easy to make. I added 1/2c. crumbled feta. DELICIOUS!!!

Had high hopes for this recipe due to the reviews, but even after halving the amount of spinach, we weren't thrilled about this recipe. We love spinach and stuffing, but the combo didn't wow us at all. The other recipe that uses sausage and stuffing might be a better taste combination. Not bad, but not great either.

I recommend baking one ball to taste it before rolling the whole batch. You can adjust the flavor accordingly. I made these a day ahead and froze them. Perfect cocktail app!

I made this recipe because I like spinach. This was disappointing. The spinach overpowered every other flavor. I will try this again but I will use half the spinach and more parmesan and may try feta like other reviewers.
