Love this recipe and want to make it once a week. It is also very good with some crumbled bacon and feta under the spinach layer. Also have tried topping it with either canned diced tomatoes with seasonings or just regular chopped tomatoes. YUM!

YUM! Even though I didn't read through the directions. I put the sauce and cheese on and left it in for 20 mins. I think the top crust would have been crisper the way the direction say, but it still came out great. My picky 5 year old ate 3 slices.

We have made this pizza several times. My kids love it. I do change the ingredients a lot and they all work very well.

The spinach mixture didn't have enough flavor and made the crust soggy.

This was great! My husband wanted calzones, and I try to put in anything healthy that I can, so I snuck this on the table as a perfect compromise. I added a little ricotta to the filling (I think next time I'll add some garlic), and threw some sausage on half of it - on top with the parmesan, and it came out perfect. I can think of a hundred variations; the left over filling and mozzerella I added some shrimp and an egg to, threw over some spagetti and baked for half an hour. That came out excellent, too!
