A hit at home; everyone loved it. Served with basmati rice and mustard/brown-sugar carrots. Found I had a lot of left-over spinach filling though...wouldn't all fit in the breasts.

SO YUMMY! I love feta and spinach and this is a GREAT way to make a chicken dish (not my favorite) into one of my favorites!

This recipe is outsatnding! I have served it to dinner guests several times and received rave reviews. I add 1/2 c. chopped sauted onions and chopped portobello mushrooms to the spinach mixture. I cook the chicken slightly on the outside in a skillet. This makes it MUCH easier to fillet. I also slightly cook the bacon which makes it easier to wrap around the chicken. My family would eat this every week if I would make it that often!

I really liked this recipe! I like being able to "hide" the veggies for my kids. :)

this was very tasty! The house smelled awesome while these were baking in the oven. I did use Turkey Bacon instead of regular Pork bacon and fresh spinach (I like how it tastes better than the frozen). I also sprayed the pan with nonstick spray and I sprayed the top of the breasts to brown them a bit. I'd never stuffed chicken before and this was a nice first attempt. However, I didn't have enough turkey bacon on hand to wrap the breasts enough to keep the filling in..so I could only use one piece of bacon per breast and then I had to use toothpicks to sew the hole closed. I'm going to make this again with enough bacon and then I'm sure they'll be 5 stars!

An easy, tasty weeknight recipe. I had to make it without bacon and it was still good. Next time I will try some variations like adding fresh basil, tomatoes, and maybe a little sprinkling of breadcrumbs on the chicken.

I have made several dishes from this site, but none have gotten such rave reviews from my family. I felt compelled to rate it. Everyone wanted this one added to my list of weekly dishes. It was easy to prepare and went down well with everyone, even my pickiest of picky eaters. It has been added to the rotation as requested.

WOW! This was soooo good. I didn't use the bacon because I was scared of it making it greasy. I would try it with bacon if I knew what to do to keep the bacon from making everything greasy. I will say though that I made this for 2 servings...but forgot to cut the mayo amount, however it was still sooooo freaking awesome! I will be cooking this again in a week or two.

This recipe was tricky in that the men in my house loved it, but the ladies aren't a big fan of feta. I think next time I'll try using mozza instead of feta, but overall, it was good! I also, after reading reviews, marinated the chicken in an oregano/ garlic/ lemon juice blend.. gave the chicken a very nice kick. Everyone I've made this for has loved it!

This recipe was okay. I agree with some of the viewers; the mayo was overwhelming. If I make this again, I will omit the mayo, add two eggs and use mozarella cheese instead of feta.

My husband really enjoyed this one. I was told to make it anytime. I paired it with a greek salad. I followed others advice and pre cooked (1/2 way) bacon, blotted up extra grease before adding to chicken breast. Thank you for a good chicken/spinach pairing.

Made this without bacon (didn't have any) so just secured with toothpicks and wow! This is amazing, I simply wouldn't change a thing about the recipe. I love it.

I've been making almost this exact recipe minus the mayonaise, and I sprinkle fresh ground pepper and sea salt on the chicken before I stuff it. I also skip the bacon part, too fattening.

Great new dish. I will use this again no doubt about it. I did add just a hint of lemon juice fennel seeds and a small handful of real bacon bits to the stuffing - It just seemed like it was going to be so bland without adding a little pinch of something? I used turkey bacon and lite mayo to make it a fraction better for us. I also had left over mix so I just wrapped it up in some bacon pieces with a chunk of pineapple. It turned out great. Next time I will again make the bacon with pineapples to serve with this.

This recipe was fantastic. I followed the recipe and the dish came out wonderful. You may have to watch your chicken depending on your oven. some times it will cook faster and other slower than the recommended time. Thanks for the recipe. I will use this one again.

I followed this for the stuffing, but drizzled the stuffed breasts with fresh ground black pepper, garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon juice then baked.

I really didn't care for this recipe. The mayo just seemed really overwhelming-and this is coming from someone who is a big fan of the stuff. Unfortunately I will not be making this again.

Very good! Big hit with my family! I also made some changes as well. Omitted bacon, used an egg instead of mayo, added onion to spinach mix, pine nuts and seasoned chicken.
