I usually complain when people modify a recipe & then leave bad feedback when it doesn't turn out "right"... I admit, I modified this recipe a bit, but it turned out fabulous, and since the original recipe was the framework for it, I give this recipe 5 stars!!! I used fresh cut swiss chard instead of spinach (removed the stalk, and steamed it in a bit of water, then added butter & lemon juice to taste). Then I added minced sun dried tomato slices, chopped onions, kosher salt, fresh basil, & fresh ground pepper; along with the mayo, feta, and garlic. Used ~ 1/8 cup of lemon juice + ~ 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 1/8 tsp of dried oregano to pour over chicken before baking. Also lightly browned the chicken before stuffing. I Used bone in chicken breast & just stuffed the natural pocket adjacent to the bone, and wrapped it in prosciutto. AMAZING. A huge hit at the table, and a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Did not like this at all. Found the chicken to be dry, bacon definitely needs to be cooked somewhat before baking as was raw when chicken was done. I love garlic, but didn't find it suiting in this recipe at all. Very bland. Will not make again, unfortunetly.

Great recipe that has been used for entertaining and inspired my mum's partner to make his own version! We find it difficult to get the bacon to crisp up underneath but figure there is not much hope for that! As long as the dish is uncovered for the last 30 minutes so it crisps on top it is gorgeous :) Lovely with green veg and mashed potatoes :D

This recipe is Great, so moist and delicious! I marinated the chicken in Lawry's garlic and herb for two hours. I also used fresh spinach instead of frozen and wrapped it in turkey bacon to cut down on the fat. I honestly think that I liked this version better than the original. Yes, I've made it before too :oP I cooked it at 350 for 40 minutes and it was perfect. So easy to make and yet so elegant!!

Very flavorful and my husband said it definately deserved 5 stars! We try to cook as healthy as possible, so I left out the bacon as we didn't have any anyhow. I did use regular mayo but used a little less and added sour cream to it. I sauteed onions, garlic and spinach in evoo and added it to the feta cheese mixture. I did use what the others recommended with the evoo, lemon juice, and oregano. Next time I would leave out the oregano, or use a little less than the teaspoon it calls for. I made sure to baste the chicken after about 10-15 minutes just to moisten the chicken. The chicken was so moist! My 4 year old, 17 month old, hubby, and I devoured it all! We loved it!

Ah, now this was delicious! I cut out the mayo, and used porscutto instead of bacon. Granted, I had to use string to hold 'em together while in the oven. I took Linda W. advice of basting it with the lemon/olive oil/oregano mixture, and tosses some thyme into the feta/spinach mix. Served with spiced rice and tzatziki, and my dinner guests where thrilled. Thumbs up! Thanks for sharing!

My family loved it! I changed a couple of things. I didn't have spinach soleft it out and didn't have a lot of time so I baked it uncovered at 425 for 25 minutes and it was perfect! The chicken was juicy and bacon was crispy! Thanks for this great recipe!

I think this was the best chicken that I made so far because it was very tasty and not too satly. I didn't wrap any bacon around the chicken but I put them close together. I thought that the combination of all these ingredients made it so wonderful. I'm going to be making even more again for supper tonight with potatoes and veggies.

Very tasty and easy to make. I used Blue Cheese because that's what I had and it was still very tasty. I added this to my regular rotation and it is nice to have something a little fancy for everyday meals.

The stuffing was really good but I over-cooked the chicken trying to get it to "brown-up". Next time I'm going to keep with the recommended cooking time, subtract 3 minutes and then put the chicken under the broiler for 3 minutes.

this was my 2nd time making it. i added onions to the spinach mix, and substituted miracle whip for mayo. used fresh spinach as well. i used turkey bacon for the top and i don't think it came out as crunchy as i would have liked. i agree with others though- the chicken on the outside was rather dry so next time i'll brush some olive oil or add a few more herbs. regardless, my husband still likes this recipe a lot.

I thought this was delicious. Even my boyfriend, who is not a cooked spinach fan enjoyed his. I made one with a breast and one with a thigh, and I found the thigh to be much more tender and flavorful. It really soaked up more of the flavor.

Super yummy! I am making this again. Make sure to create pouches for your stuffing so the breasts stay nice and moist. I fallowed the directions exactly except for maybe adding some salt and pepper on the outside. Just loved this recipe.
