My whole family loved this. I didn't have bacon and added feta but otherwise made it as the recipe stated. It turned out great.

I found it kind of bland. I liked the spinach mixture, but just found the finished dish lacking flavour

Really liked this recipe! I would suggest cutting out a little bit of the spinach and replacing it with cheese.

oh wow! I just cooked this for my family and they just loved it. I added sun dried tomatoes finely chopped and char grilled capsicum finely chopped. It was magnificent. This will definitely become part of my regular reparte.

This was pretty good, but I added some mozerella cheese to make it really full inside.I also seared the chicken in hot olive oil to brown before cooking in oven.

I loved this recipe as did my family. I just wasn't prepared for was the preparation. I haven't ever stuffed chicken breast before. It's not as easy as it sounds. With this particular recipe, which includes sour cream, the chicken and filling are all really messy. I couldn't tell whether it was going to hold together or if there was enough filling or what. I used a family pack of full size chicken breasts which I cut in half and pounded down. Needless to say they we not uniform in size at all. I doubled the recipe of filling because I had 4 huge breasts and it turned out I had a lot of filling left over. I actually cooked it with some bacon over the top in a baking dish and it turned out great. All in all it was a big hit. As they say “anything with bacon”!

My entire family of 7 loved this! I used 1/4 c. mayo and 1/4 c. sour cream in place of all the sour cream and I used fresh spinach. Delicious.

This was insanely amazing!! I did what others said and partially cooked the bacon first, as well as lined my pan with aluminum to cut down on mess. My husband and I couldn't believe how well these turned out!

I love this website. Every recipe we try is great! I add what I like and take out seasons I don't to any recipe. For this one I put an orange pepper, cilantro, onion and the garlic then browned them in a lil' butter added to the steamed baby spinach-cheese mixture. I had to cook them for 40 minutes since the chicken pieces seemed large. It was yummy! I go to this site for recipes for ideas mainly. I pick 4 1/2 star recipes and up about twice a week have not been disappointed yet...and I am feeding 3 kids under the age of 7 and they eat it all up almost every time!

OMG!!! let me tell uuuuuuuu! my chicken came out so good.....and i was so proud of it. other reviews called it bland and others said they didn't like the spinach. but u have to remember to stuff it with what you like and season ur chicken. i seasoned mine with accent, blk pepper, and poultry seasoning. i also recommend the hormel black label bacon it crisps very well all the way through. i made a little on the side just in case. the temps were right and everything cooked to a T. Thank you for who ever came up with this recipe!!!

I personally thought this was delicious, but my husband did not enjoy it. I think that's because he's not a big fan of spinach though :P I will definitely make this again, but will try to use a different stuffing that my husband will like.

Loved it! Used microwave bacon instead of the uncooked kind! I cooked baby spinach with a small amount of garlic on the stove until the leaves were wilted. Then added it to the the chicken with a small amount of swiss and ham (deli cut), rolled it and fastened it together with a couple of toothpicks each. Baked for the 35 min and then put MICROWAVE already cooked bacon on it with another small amount of swiss on top and broiled it for about 5 minutes. It turned out fantastic!

It was a little too much spinach for me but then again I'm not really a spinach person. My fiance loved it though :)
