This recipe is great! I used smoked mozzarella slices instead of the pepper jack and also mixed some parmesan and garlic powder into the spinach/sour cream. I was afraid of the chicken being bland so I rubbed montreal chicken seasoning and seasoned salt into the outside before wrapping with the bacon. Make sure you broil it as the recipe states so the bacon will get crispy on top! Yum

I love this recipe- I used fat free creme cheese, added garlic, chives, and onion to it... mixed it along with the spinach. :) I also used turkey bacon, basting with a litle fat free creme cheese mid way through baking.

These were wonderful. I marinated them in buttermilk as another user had suggested and they were delicious. Very juicy and tender. An overall hit!

I used cheddar instead of pepper jack and made sure to drain the spinach after microwaving it. Delicious. You can also reduce the fat in the dish by using low fat sour cream and leaving out the bacon (just secure the chicken with toothpicks).

Tried the recipe, the chicken is a little plain.... on my second patch, I marinated the chicken in beer and worcestershire sauce few hours before assembling the stuffing' together.. It's way better!

this looked better then it tasted. I stuffed mine with cream cheese, sour cream, and parmesean. (since thats what i had on hand) and broccoli instead of spinach. the chicken was moist, but bland (and i heavily seasoned it) Next time, i'll season the cheese mix and add some kind of sauce to go on top of it and minus the bacon.

Tasty but needs a bit more kick. I'll add some crushed chili flakes to the stuffing mixture next time.

Very tasty. I added some paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and cumin to the spinach mix as well as fat free sour cream and low fat mexican cheese (that's all I had). I also sprinkled the top of the chicken with salt and pepper. Yum. Yum. Will make again.

This was very good. I did take the advice of one reviewer and soaked the chicken in buttermilk for a couple hours before cooking; this made it very moist. Next time I will add some crushed red peppers and diced onion to the stuffing for an extra kick.

I made this recipe to the detail. I didn't like it at all, The chicken was too dry even after I soaked it in milk as another user suggested. I also had sauce left over and I was thankful for this. The sauce is awesome so after the chicken was done I used the sauce to eat with the chicken and pasta.

We thought this was great! I added a little pepper sauce to make the spinach mix a little spicier. It ended up super-tasty and there were no leftovers. Thanks!

OMG this recipe was awesome and just as good or even better the next day!! The only thing I added was that I seasoned the outside of the chicken with Emeril's Essence. Definitely gave the chicken a lot of great flavor. The prep work was so simple and quick. I will definitely be making this often as my fiancee LOVED it.

Very good recipe! I left the bacon off. I also had a lot of the mixture left (chix breats were small) so I added some cream of mushroom soup to THIN it and spooned it on top before I baked. It made a lovely sauce! ENJOY!

This was very very good. I used prepared basil pesto in place of fresh garlic and also added some paprika. Instead of the cheese called for (rarely have that on hand) I used low moisture mozzarella and freshly grated parmesan. I threw in a little lemon zest, too. I didn't bother marinating the chicken breasts in buttermilk as some suggested, since I've always been happy with the quality of chicken I buy. This recipe fully deserves the 5 stars! I just can't help but tweak. Delicious.
