This recipe was perfect the first time I tried it. Tried it again with a couple modifications and it was better than perfect. I'm a husband/cook that makes dinner during the week as my wife gets off work later than I, so little/moderate experience in the kitchen. The only changes I made to this recipe, the second time, were to cut out the mozzarella and add feta (wife and I love spinach with feta). I also VERY lightly salted the inside part of the bread or wrapping. I think next time I may add a little bit of ground turkey to the mix and see how that turns out.

While my guests, and I, really enjoyed the flavor of this very much it was a bit 'soggy' after cooling. I had left the spinach in the collander for over an hour anticipating the moisture might be problimatic....but even with all the draining and hearty squeezing after that it still seemed too 'watery' for the bread to support. Anyone else have this problem and how did you get around it Overall however, very tasty indeed!

Very good. It was gone in no time when I took it to a Christmas party. I've made this a few times in the past and I've finally learned that the pizza dough definitely shouldn't be stretched any larger than the recipe suggests. We also enjoy this with a side of pizza sauce.

everyone loved this bread. I will put more cheese in next time. I also sprinkled the piece after I sliced them with a dry mix... like pizza seasoning or something like that.

This recipe was a great. I followed the directions but added some black pepper, salt and 2 cloves of garlic instead of 1. Will definitely make this again. =)

This recipe was only ok. If you notice, there is no real seasoning in this recipe. Therefor the recipe was a little bland in taste. I would suggest adding some of your own seasoning to it.

I made this yesterday and it was okay. I would recommend placing the bread with seam side up rather than down. I placed mine down and apparantly it had a hole in it because the cheese melted out all over the pan. Also, I would recommend brushing the stuffed bread with beaten egg prior to baking. This will make it nice and golden brown
