Great. Only had half the spinach but my husband and I enjoyed it; we had it for dinner, not as a side salad. It seemed to be alot of dressing. My changes were no bacon, almost a TBL spoon of dried onion instead of fresh and olive oil instead of vegetable. Next time maybe I will add nuts, croutons or craisins for texture. We'll be making it again. **UPDATE, STILL FOR 2 SERVINGS** I now added whole can of mandarins, 1 TBL. Bacobits, croutons (great!) and used Raspberry Vinegrette dressing instead and it was still a great salad!
