Wow! I am typically a hopeless cook, and I don't particularly care for spinach, but even I loved this quiche. I made a few very small changes-- garlic and onion powder instead of fresh specimens, Parmesan cheese instead of Romano-- but it was still delicious. I did find that the egg all sunk to the bottom as it cooked and the cheese and spinach stayed on top, but this did not detract from the taste at all. I will definitely make this again (and again and again)!

This is great! I add some tomatoes and mushrooms and yogurt and cook it without the crust to reduce the fat. Simply wonderful.

This was delicious. I served it to my sister and niece for brunch and my sister was commenting on it the next day. My niece doesn't like spinach or onions, so she missed out. I used a deep dish pie crust instead of the rolled dough. It worked well. I used fresh spinach which I mixed with the onions after I sauteed them. I turned off the heat, and covered with a lid to lightly steam it.

husband loved it but i think I have to had some sausage or something for the kids. I used deep dish pic crust and it was very full. Rises up and browns nicely.

Took this to a morning meeting and it got good feedback. I used 3/4 tsp thyme and it was plenty. I HATE it when recipes say salt to taste...I added a heaping tsp and it was a bit much. Probably a level tsp would be good. I prepared this the night before and it cooked well the morning of.

It was a good recipe, but it had too much egg and herbs for my taste. In the future I will be reducing the eggs to 6, the herbs to 1/2 teaspoon each and adding an additional 1/2 cup of cheese. My boyfriend thought it tasted great the way it was and actually ate over half of it in one night. He said it tasted much better than the pre-made frozen mini-quiches.

Made this for dinner tonight. It was delicious! Everyone in the family really liked it--even our 2 year old daughter. Well, she ate a big bite then wasn't too interested in more until we told her it was green eggs and ham! It was a big hit and we'll make this again!

This was fantastic! I threw in some leftover red bell pepper and spring onions in with fresh spinach--all of which I sauteed together before following the rest of the recipe. I did sneak in a bit more cheese--maybe half a cup more. Wonderful--everyone in the family loved it!

I can only give this recipe 4 stars because of my modifications. I used a deep dish pie pan. added only 6 eggs and a splash more of milk. Next a handful of Cheddar cheese, onion powder instead of onion and I sauted the spinach in garlic and butter. Finally, I added 3 strips of cooked bacon crumbled.

Loved the recipe. I sauteed the thawed spinach with turkey bacon & garlic before adding it all together. I had enough for 2 quiches so I pre-sliced them for breakfast on the go.

This was easy to make and very good! I just altered it a tiny bit by adding 4 cloves (instead of 1?) of minced garlic near the end of the spinach/onion cooking time and we used mild cheddar instead of mozzarella because we were all out of mozz. We also used 1.5 cups of fresh chopped spinach. My vegetarian sister, meat eater hubby and veggie-phobic friend all throughly enjoyed this.

Fantastic and very easy. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen, with great results. I can think of all kinds of things to add to this mix - bacon bits, mushrooms, broccoli, ham... but it's also perfect just the way it is.

It turned out well. I am a novice chef to the extreme. I didn't use Romano cheese but added Feta and Cheddar. My creation was more a three cheese spinach quiche. I think I used a little too much spinach and the garlic was a bit much but overall we enjoyed this quiche very much!!
