Wow, this was easy to make and fairly cheap too. I'm a beginer when it comes to cooking but there wasn't really anything hard about this. It tasted great too. I changed a couple things though. I left out the green onions and replaced them with baby bella mushrooms and instead of frozen spinach I used fresh and cut it up myself.
One word of warning. Try to remove as much moisture from the ingredients as you can before baking (cottage cheese, spinach, etc). By the time I removed it from my quiche dish it looked like a pile instead of a slice.
