This is delicious. I was looking for a spinach pot-luck dish with more spinach than cream, and this fits the bill. Having read the other reviews, some noting dryness, I did not squeeze the moisture out of the spinach as I normally would, and just let it drain in a colander for 15 minutes. It came out perfectly, not too dry, not watery. I am looking forward to seeing how the folks at the pot luck like it.

A good way to get non-eaters of cooked spinach to eat some spinach. If you need to go gluten free, substitute corn meal for the breading.

Made as recipe called for. Didn't think it had a lot of taste and was dry. If I would make again, I would have to do a lot of tweaking!

I did not like this recipe. I didn't like the flavor of the nutmeg in it plus it came out dry. I had followed the recipe exactly. I would not make this again.

I made this last night and it was really good. A little dry but I believe it was beecause I used more spinach than the recipe called for. Will make again!

I doubled this recipe to feed 2 families. I added 2Tbsp minced garlic and 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms to the onions. It was really tasty and my kids liked it.
