I have made many quiches but this is now one of my favorites. I love the crescent rolls as the pie crust. I used this recipe when catering two breakfasts this past week. It was a big hit!!!

Great tasting and easy to make. My 4 year old even ate it (well, most of it). I did find that it took longer than 30 minutes to cook. Will definately try again.

Absolutely fabulous!I just made this tonight -my first ever attempt at something so "complicated" as a quiche! I am a "real" vegetarian and could not use the lemon and herb sauce packet as i found it contains chicken fat.I used a hollandaise packet and added some of my own herbs- it was fabulous -30 mins was a few too long in my oven but it rose beautifully and frankly,we were astounded by the results! Thank you Mindy!You are a goddess!!

Very tasty. However, had problems getting it to cook through. Knorr's Lemon Herb cream sauce had a bit too much dill for my taste, which was the only lemon herb packet I could find. But really this recipe is very forgiving, could probably use any soup/sauce mix, such as mushroom garlic.

This recipe was a big hit a brunch I hosted. I used a frozen pie crust instead of the crescent rolls, and have tried it several times with different varieties of mushrooms. Each and everytime the quiche is delicious!

For a novice cook, it's really nice and easy to make. Really the only problem encountered was spreading out the crescent dough. Either the pan wall was to high or I didn't have enough dough. It's still turned out great.

My family enjoyed this recipe. I couldn't find the lemon herb soup or pasta mix so I had to use Knorr's Herb and Garlic Pasta Sauce and a squirt of lemon juice concentrate. My 3 1/2 year old was neutral on this dish, which is a good sign. Unless it is a dessert or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, she will either eat with objection or be neutral.

Really liked this! Made it low fat by using reduced fat crescent rolls, regular milk, and egg whites. What a great way to get your veggies!

My first Quiche ever, won't be my last!!This recipe was easy to prepare...I used Pillsbury Grand Large Cresents six pack and used knorr's lemon and herb sauce mix, cooked for 40 minutes.I made it today for dinner and everyone raved. DELICIOUS!! Thanks

I really liked this. My elementary kids didn't want to try it based on appearance but my toddler liked it. I found Knorr Lemon Herb Pasta Mix 1.6 oz and McCormicks Lemon Herb Chicken Mix 1/1 oz in the store. I was glad I read the reviews to find out about these because I cannot find the soup mix either.

This was my first attempt at making quiche. The recipe was easy to prepare and the taste was delicious. I did use Pillsbury ready made pie crust instead of the crescent roll dough and I added more cheese to the top for baking purposes. It was fabulous! I highly recommend it and am looking forward to making it for friends. I used Knorr Lemon Herb sauce mix as well. Thanks for the great recipe.

WOW! This is one great recipe! I used Garlic/lemon sauce mix since I couldnt fine the lemon herb it called for. The crescent roll dough is a great idea... I have been looking for a good quiche recipe...I will be making this alot!
