Very good!! I didn't think it was so much of a sauce... more of a spinach topping... that was GREAT! I used garlic instead of green onion. Will use again!

Really good. I add some spices to amp up the flavor, which I do with most recipes anyway. Just season to taste and you'll be fine. I doubled the spinach/sauce to serve over whole wheat spaghetti.

My husband, who could care less about food, says that this is one of the best things I have ever made. I did do a bit less butter, and I actually added about 1/2 cup of shredded skim chedder cheese to the sauce. Next time I need to make some more sauce to put on pasta! YUM!!

This was good. I had to use thighs, I just browned them and grated the cheese on top before putting the spinach mixture on top. I ended up using more cheese than was called for and also added garlic. The cooking time had to be adjusted for me but it turned out good.

A great weeknight meal. Very quick and surprisingly tasty--I did add salt, pepper and Wocestershire sauce to the white sauce.

I enjoyed this recipe. I made it upside down though - spinach mix on bottom and breaded parmesan chicken on top! It was great! I would make it again.

Great starter! Needs to have some igredients added for more of a kick! I added onion powder and garlic salt along with pepper to the parmesan for the chicken crust. I also added garlic and roasted red peppers to the spinach mixture along with some red pepper flakes. With these changes the recipe was absolutely outstanding!

This is a five star recipe for adding spinach to a meal in such a flavorful way but definitely needs more spices. I added, mushrooms, garlic and Tastefully Simple seasonings I had in my cupboard. Thanks for sharing a great basic recipe.

I thought this was going to be lacking in flavor, but I was totally wrong. It was very delicious. The chicken was super tender. The spinach was tasty. Everyone loved it!

I used a few suggestions - pounded out the chicken breast and added 3 cloves of garlic. I also used shredded (not grated) parmesan, which I enjoyed. The chicken was moist and I loved it, but it was admittedly bland. I'd recommend using more italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, if not adding your own twist. But definitely a good recipe to play with.

This was good. Adding bread crumbs to the parmesan made the crust of the chicken gave good texture...a nice crunch. Also why use frozen produce when fresh is best? I bought fresh spinach chopped it up and added it to green onion during last minute of cooking and continued cooking spinach until it was almost limp. Delicious.

The italian seasoning mixed with the cheese had a wonderful aroma, however once the dish was assembled and eaten it seemed to be lacking something in flavor. I found it really just bland. I think bacon might add a nice contrast. If I make this again I will add bacon.
